Sophia's Cafe

Hand slaughtered, claimed

The owner or the listing says the meat is hand slaughtered. No certifier has checked.

Sophia's own site advertises 'Halal Catering in Missouri City'; a Facebook post calls it a 'new zabiha halal spot'.
