Help
Short answers. Anything else: hello@muzzmi.com.
Finding places
Open the map, allow location or pick a city, and use the chips to filter by type or to show certified places only. Search matches names, cuisines and cities.
Reading the badge
Certified zabiha: a named certifier lists the outlet. Hand slaughtered, claimed: owner or community claim. Halal, claimed: a halal sign, method unknown. Partially halal: some items only. Unverified: nobody has confirmed anything yet.
Reporting a problem
Closed, changed, or not halal any more? Open the place and tap Report a problem. Three closed or not-halal reports in a month hide a place until we check it. Events and marketplace listings have the same button.
Adding places, events and services
Sign in with Apple, Google, email or phone (no password). Places are checked before they go on the map, usually within a minute; if one is not added, the reason shows on your account. Events and marketplace listings go live right away and can be edited or deleted by whoever posted them. Listing a service in the marketplace is free.
Updates
When a listing you added goes live or is turned down, or a claim is decided, you get an update. Find them under the bell on your account.
Your account
Delete it any time from Account. Saved places, RSVPs and events you host are removed immediately.
Businesses
Run a place on the map? Claim it to manage hours, photos, order links and events. Want the Certified zabiha badge? It comes only from a certifier's roster; the business page links to where you apply.
Certifiers and partners
If you run a certification body or a chapter and want your roster or calendar on the map, email hello@muzzmi.com.
