9Questions
Is Rio's Piri Piri zabiha?
5 Rio's Piri Piri locations are on a certifier's roster for zabiha. For the others, Muzzmi found a halal sign or statement but no certifier listing, so ask if the slaughter method matters to you.
How does Muzzmi decide a status?
Certified zabiha means a certifier with a public roster (HMS, HFSAA, HMA or HMC) lists that exact outlet, and the rosters are re-read every week. Everything else is labelled for what it is: a claim, partially halal, or unverified. More on how places are checked.
