Is In-N-Out halal?

Is In-N-Out zabiha?
Muzzmi has not found any In-N-Out on the roster of a zabiha certifier (HMS, HFSAA, HMA or HMC). Even where the chain says its chicken is halal, that does not say whether it was hand slaughtered. Halal vs zabiha.
A In-N-Out near me says it is halal. Can I trust it?
Ask to see the certificate. Check that it is current, that it names the restaurant and not only the meat supplier, and that the certifier lists the store on its own website. How does Muzzmi decide a status?
Certified zabiha means a certifier with a public roster (HMS, HFSAA, HMA or HMC) lists that exact outlet, and the rosters are re-read every week. Everything else is labelled for what it is: a claim, partially halal, or unverified. More on how places are checked.
